Connecting Communities is a transport service designed to make it easier for those in the local area to travel.

Do you find it difficult to get to college, to the shops, medical appointments, work or to visit your friends and family in the county?

We are here to support those journeys that are not otherwise possible.

We cover Newmarket, Ashley, Bottisham, Brinkley, Burwell, Cheveley, Dullingham, Fordham, Lode, Stetchworth, The Swaffhams, Wood Ditton

We support those whi do not have access to a regular bus service or have difficulty using public transport.

For those who are unable to use conventional transport to make a journey to a doctor, dentist, chiropodist, optician, village shopping or visits to relatives/friends at home or in hospital Transport cannot be provided for hospital Out Patients appointments.
Contact Hours: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm Monday - Friday 48 hours notice for transport request.
